Actually, I forgot to tell you guys, I spoke to Chris Christie yesterday about the Lackawanna Cut-off and the PJL, he said that the cut-off is coming along slow and the PJL is almost finished. I think the Port Jervis line is their priority right now.
Any updates on the project? Have they started to build Andover yet?

I remember going to the junction at Secaucus where the Main, BCL/PVL break off and seeing #4900 going onto the drawbridge over the Hackensack River. Oddly, I didn't see any expresses go over the BCL/PVL.
