Croton Harmon does not normally work on M2/4/6
Croton harmon does all MNCR diesel maintenance, coach maintenance and M3/m7 maintenance.
each shop normally handles the equipment that is run on that line.
Since the Harlem and Hudson line use the same type of equipment do the North White Plains and the Brewster shops do the same type of maintenance. Is North White Plains mostly just a appearance and paint shop??

Yes Croton East yard is MNCR wood tie acceptance yard , they store and put railties in gondola;'s for MofW projects.
the wooden ties arrive by truck.
Is this the maintenance headquarters and communications shop for the whole railroad or just the New Haven Line??
