Q: not a VRS question specifically but is it likely that G&W (ie, NECR and B&E) would use the WACR route to bridge traffic between CP/Irving lines and E Deerfield? It seems to me that the former EDPO/POED traffic handling with CSX ownership of PAR is a little clunky these days. Of course there may not be that much Central & Northern Maine/New Brunswick traffic carried by EDPO/POED. Just curious...

Given the recent relative lack of through bridge traffic over the WACR period, I wouldn't bet on it.

Has PAS [B&E] even run north of BF since taking over? It wasn't a frequent occurrence before the CSX acquisition; I can't imagine them making the 80+ mile round trip for a handful of cars, especially now with the recent addition of the DAWJ/WJDA turn.
