Are the ACS-64s all owned by Amtrak or are they leased like many of the AEM-7ACs?

Brian G. has been Joe Boardman's special assistant for several years. He still has a house around Albany and is sometimes seen in the Albany area. When he is in Albany he often visits the Alb-Ren operations.
