US Navy Earle Railroad

Train ran again today same power as Friday with about 26 box cars passed by Sleepy Hollow RD around 3:45.

I'm not aware of any photos of the 65-00622; however, I did manage to locate an image of the former 65-00621 which has since been sold to Turlock Western:

I recall having seen a sister to this unit on the Earle Railroad quite a few years ago. It's been so long I can't remember the engine number in question so I can't say with certainty if it's the locomotive reportedly out of service in the Earle engine terminal. The last time I was personally at Earle was for the 2000 Sea Train Excursion which, unlike the outing in 1981, did not visit the engine house.

The train is out on the pier,now.

Train ran yesterday because the tracks where polished and there was a ship at the pier, If I see it today i'll post what the power was.

Crossed Sleepy Hollow Rd at about 4:20 pm with SW1200 65-00631 and SW900M 65-00636 and 21 boxcars.

Got stopped at the Kings Highway East crossing at 1:30 this afternoon by VO1000M 2 running light to Leonardo.

Train ran today with SW1200 65-00631 #6,VO1000M 65-00368 #2 and 12 bocxars it left the pier at 12:10pm.

Pretty much, that was the only time they did exscursions besides 1975 otherwise you can't take pictures or videos of the train.
