Wheel fell off on the Mainline

I saw the bottom scroll on News12 NJ this afternoon and it said that a wheel fell off of a NJ Transit railcar on the Mainline.
It also stated that there were no injuries.
One other thing it said was that 550 railcars were now going to be inspected to see if there were other potential mishaps like this one waiting to happen.
Anyone happen to know if it was one of the new Allstom coaches?
I have heard from numerous conductors that these new coaches are terrible and how they disliked them..
