Coming south off the Fox Chase Line single track, trains use a crossover from the siding to #2 track, then use another crossover from #2 to #1 track. Northbound trains come up #2 track past the turnout to the siding to the new crossover directly onto the Fox Chase Line single track.
Northward trains will use the siding (which will double as a pocket track) if a southbound train is late coming off the single track. It will also allow a northbound train to clear the main and wait without delaying trains destined up the Main Line.
