they may have had to find a solution on how to put the tracks in without disturbing the power poles there. The poles have markings on their guy wires so I guess those are coming off.

At one point there was a little park just south of the Stockton St. crossing, with some of the original stone sleepers from 1830 or whenever it was. Don't know if it is still here.
