Weather Problems RF&P Sub. June 12

I have been listening to the BD Dispatcher on the Hunton scanner feed this evening. Trains appear to be incurring significant delays between Dahlgren Jct. and Milford. It sounded like all trains might have been operating on TK 2 between these points under DCS rules. I did hear BD say something about a tree on the tracks at Featherstone.
