Hey, that's my old stomping ground! I grew up just a few hundred feet west of Bendix Drive, near the airport. I think they were there to take down the catenary on the old (now torn up), Simon Bros.-Weyerhauser siding. That was the siding where I got my MANY rides in the 700's back in the late 60's early 70's.
