Union Pacific Takes the STB to Court to Undo the CPKC Merger

Union Pacific has taken the Surface Transportation Board to the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia to try and undo the CPKC merger. UP alleges that the STB's action was arbitrary, capricious, an abuse of discretion, and contrary to the law.

I think that UP might end up trying to hold the tiger by its tail. Look at the fiasco that the SP merger created, as well as anti competitiveness.
