Size of the new, New York river tunnels?

I guess this is the best place to post this question, but what is the diameter of the new NJT and LIRR tunnels? Are they designed for the height and width of current rolling stock or perhaps capable of less "compact" trains? Not that I expect another form of passenger car to be added to either fleet, it is just a curiosity.

As I recall, the new East River tunnels to GCT can't take the LIRR bilevels.
