How many run with headlights or flashing ditch lights on the rear ? Give me a percentage please. Maybe any engineer who does this should be fired. That's probably the most important part of an engineer's job, turning off the headlights and ditch lights on the rear of the train.
There's been a few occasions of trains rolling around with rear ditch lights blinking as well, but maybe that should go in another thread!
