On what planet is Jim Cameron qualified to remark on signals? For a while he seemed to think the derailment/collision was caused by one of the trains blowing a signal and hitting an interlocking wrong in spite of being told that it was impossible for that to have happened.

In spite of that, it would be nice if Connecticut learned how to dedicate funds meant for rail TO rail. I won't hold my breath though.
