The Seashore Trolley Museum regrets to announce the passing of Donald G. Curry. Donald was active at the museum until just a couple of weeks ago. He served in many roles over the years from the 1950s on, including a long career as the lead restoration technician. The Town House Shop at Seashore was named in his honor several years ago. He was present on his 87th birthday to see the new sign.

Don was the heart and soul of Seashore if not the face especially when it came to restorations. Extremely knowledgeable about the Seashore mystique and the realities of trolleys. Also a classical musician . Ultimately, a very nice person, who truly loved Seashore. The trolley world has definitely lost one of its finest soldiers.

I became friends with Don & Bill Pullman several years ago.
The parts warehouse he created was of great $ benifit to the museum.
Had a chance to ride the trackless operation that he created.
He will be missed by many across the nation.
