Prior to that there were some ticket windows at the big ones (eg Woodcrest) during morning rush, and the stations were otherwise unmanned. I think it's funny that there are a few suggestions in this thread that Key is unimaginative, but in the same breath suggest we should use Liberty/Independence/Freedom, which are way more over used for everything in this city.
