On my way home from Temple today, I noticed two of the Push Pull cars cut in a CSX freight each with their reporting marks spray-painted on a window. One of them was 2501 and the other had a Blue Cross wrap ad on it. What's going on with these two?

Heading back to Bombardier?

Or maybe heading to Rotem in South Philly to get an upgrade from the faux 80's wood paneling, and worn out seat cushions

Correct. Heading to Rotem in South Philly for upgrading. The upgraded Bomber coaches are part of a settlement awarded to SEPTA for late delivery of the SLVs.

Did not see them earlier today. I guess they departed for parts beyond?
