I have misplaced my list of "Spirit" locomotive names, and could not find the post in the Forum.

Can someone provide a current list of the "Spirit" names?

Thanks in advance!

I know the 789 is the "Spirit of Nashville" as I have that particular locomotive downloaded on Train Simulator.

SD70MAC 700: Spirit of Cumberland
SD70MAC 789: Spirit of Nashville
SD70M 4685: Spirit of Mayberry
SD70M 4688: Spirit of Tampa
SD70M 4699: Spirit of Miami

Judging buy this picture I didn't thnk it would be salvaged.

As far as the list of "Pride Of" locomotives, looking at the names is a reminder that CSX doesn't consider the Northeast to be part of the family. lol :P

Nip,
Thank you for the update. Obviously those 2 sites I had linked need to do some serious updating.

Obviously it was as I shot it at East Hamler (Hamler, Ohio) back in early February.

Wasn't doubting that it had been....just never saw it around here. (because t can't be a leader on the B&A due to no cab signals)

Don't forget SD80MAC #800 "The Spirit of Benning" the only former Conrail SD80MAC spirit locomotive.

No kidding - why not repainted Conrail units lettered 'Spirit of Selkirk' or 'Spirit of Cleveland'? Whoever makes these decisions is clueless.
