From what I can gather from various sources, the CSX has de-rated the following locomotives:

6000hp CW60AC to 4400hp CW44-6
4400hp CW44-9 to CW40-9
4000hp B40-8 to 2000hp B20-8
3500hp SD50 to 3000hp SD50-2
3000hp GP40 to 2000hp GP38-2S
4400hp CW44AH to CW40AH

Are there any other de-rating programs that I have missed? And is the info I gathered correct?

The last I knew, the only CW60AC which is still at 4400 hp is the 699. All the rest were restored to 6K hp, a couple years ago. The CW44AHs are still 4400 hp. I haven't seen any of these derated. The ES44DC's have been derated to 4K hp. The ES44AHs remain at 4400 hp. CSX seems to like the ACs at their rated HP, while the DC's extra 400hp isn't worth the extra fuel consumption.

Roadster - Are the ES44DC's still rostered as such after derating? Or are they now rostered as ES40DC?

(This afternoon I observed locomotive #5410 still has "ES44DC" stenciled beneath the road number...)

Most have been restenciled as ES40DC. That loco may not have made it to the rerating proceedure yet or may have just been outa stencils at the time. Not exactly a priority proceedure. But I have seen many with the new stencil.

there are several corrections which need to be made here. They are:

All CW60AC remain at 6000hp and classed as CW60AC. This includes #699 which again has a 6000hp prime mover. The other units which were merely derated via software only remained this way for a short period and were rerated to 6000hp and reclassed CW60AC after having been derated and reclassed C44-6.

CSX #600-602 are now CW44AC and are powered by 4400hp FDL prime movers.

numerous GP40-2's have been derated to 2200hp and reclassed GP38-2S. No standard GP40's were ever included in this program.

several yard service SD40-2's were derated to 2200hp and reclassed SD38-2S.

ES44DC's are being derated to 4000hp and reclassed ES40DC.

All CW44AC, CW44AH and ES44AH types remain 4400hp and are NOT being derated.

It is much easier to do the rerating procedure and change the designation in the computer record of the engine(s) than it is to repaint the designation physically on the engine. Those that are making decisions about which engine to use in a assignment look at the computer records not the engine itself.

Quick example, I had 5425 as a leader on Q381-30 Sunday morning, and while the cab stencil was still ES44DC, the "blue card" in the loco cab showed it had been derated to 4000 hp.

I have heard from railfans all over Florida that CSX is indeed de-rating all their CW44AH and CW44ACs to 4000hp. I didnt hear anything about ES44AHs.

There may have been some misinfo. floating around the railfan community. It happens from time to time. But to date, every CW44AH/AC that I have had in my consists are still rated at 4400hp.

The SD70MACs, which had been uprated to 4300 hp, have all been returned to 4000 hp; and the SD70MAC-T1s, which were built with 4300 hp, have been derated to 4000 hp; however none of the 4400-hp GE ac-traction units have been derated.

Concerning the derated / rebuilt locomotives, CSX currently has a tonnage rating column for the ES44DC. With the reduction in horsepower for that model, do the derated ES40DCs still maintain their original tonnage rating or will they fall in the CW40-8 tonnage column?
