According to WDEL (Wilmington Newsradio), SEPTA is planning to raise fares on on the R2 to Wilimington by 20% and eliminate weekend service (I did not even know that SEPTA ran weekend service to Wilmington)

Is this part of the big package of planned service cuts....or just something planned for the R2?

That's part of the overall package of fare hikes and service cuts they're proposing. Fares would increase by as much as 25% throughout the system, and all weekend service -- buses, trolleys, trains, subway -- would be eliminated.
