Friday, October 15, 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., Bucks County Court House, Main & Court Streets, Community Room--1st floor, Doylestown, PA

Monday, October 18, 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., West Chester Borough Hall, 401 E. Gay Street, Council Chambers, West Chester, PA

Tuesday, October 19, 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., Philadelphia Loews Hotel, 1200 Market Street, Regency Ballroom, Phila., PA (speakers for the evening hearing must register at the session by 6 p.m.)

Wednesday, October 20, 2 p.m. and 6 p.m., PA Department of Environmental Protection, Southeastern Regional Office, 2 East Main Street, Norristown, PA

In Philly, you can expect a lot of yelling, a lot of screaming, and a whole lot of finger pointing, both at Harrisburg and 1234 Market. The suburban hearings should be slightly more subdued, but there'll still be a lot of blame to go around...
