how did this set up come about?

On tuesday there was a set of UP wide-cabs at Power. I think they were shut down. As I write, my car is sleeping in Beverly Shores, so when I catch a train there to get my car, I'll check to see if anything is sitting around Power.

Yep, those UP wide cabs are still in the Power plant.

As of yesterday noon there was a set of UP widecabs sitting between Beverly Shores and Power with a loaded eastbound coal train. No widecabs were at Power itself.
