Any word on AEM-7 #922?

Does anyone know if AEM7 #922 is in fact being rebuilt? I seem to remember someone on this forum saying that it would be repaired. Here she is after suffering a transformer fire last summer:

Chao Hwa Chen's AEM7 status page (rev. 6/9/04) lists 922 as a DC (non-rebuilt) unit in Phase III (red/white/blue).

I think she was scrapped I saw her last year in Wilmington. I took a look at the picture and remember that was the area they where using for this purpose

Last I herd AEM-7 922 was being rebuilt. Guess Amtrak doesn't wanna let it go. I herd they are just waiting for the funds.

what happened to the engine? fire?

Yes, caught fire in July 2003.
