What's the process on this? Went for an interview mid December, received a background check link to fill out about a week/2 weeks later & I got an E-Mail from the background company saying Phase 1 of my background is complete. Is this a good sign of being hired? What's the process after this step? They said during interview they were looking to hire around 20-25 people come March/April time period & were almost in February lol. I've heard stories of people waiting a month or years for that phone call. Looking for some insight on this.
