New York area projects include North Regionals from DC being extended to Ronkonkoma. Additional frequencies on the Empire Line to Niagara Falls. A facility in Montreal for customs clearance and a second daily train there. Scranton to NYC service. Additional trains from Albany to Boston. Track upgrades and additional service for the routes into Vermont. Each of these received 500,000.

I think there's opportunity to extend Empire trains to Ronkonkoma as well as the trains to Scranton, but maybe that's in a future step.
