I enjoy watching the Virtual Railfan webcam at Elkhart, Indiana.
The Cap started running with Chargers a few weeks ago. First as trailing units then leading. It got to the point where there was a single Charger handling the train. Now is seems that the P42s are staging a comeback. This morning, 29(27) was lead by P42 153 alone.
Does anyone know if the there are new problems with the Chargers?
