Is there any map provided by a gov't agency or state agency that shows oos or abandoned railroad tracks? Like a detailed map?

There are maps from throughout the 20th century. Also Rutgers university at https://mapmaker.rutgers.edu/HISTORICAL ... roads.html
If it's on those maps and not currently used, it's either abandoned or out of service.
