i seen that 3 of the pcc’s has been fully rebuilt . i also heard that they need 8 to be able to reactivate the line . how long is it gon take to rebuild the remaining cars & when should the 15 trolley return to service ?

Probably by next year, they'll be back in service but I've seen 2 Kawasaki's sitting out there awaiting for some repairs
Route 15 will be running again in March. Last I heard there were four completed PCC IIIs (their new designation).
