Keep in mind this only portrays the awarded/expected grant amounts and railroad contributions for targeted projects but not the rest of the capital improvements. There is a lot more skin in the game to get the railroad up to a good state of repair. Mr. Foote clarified numerous times CSX was going to spend $100M over 3 years ($50M in the first) on PAR alone and PAS contributions are different and not in the application as they are TBD.
