Rte.2 Leominster Bridge Demo

Per the Worcester Telegram, Rte. 2 in Leominster will be shut down from 10-04 to 10-08 and again from 10-13 and 10-15 between 9 PM and 5 AM to remove the Fitchburg line UGB, reportedly as a phase in the bikeway project.

As of 0515/10-07-2020, the Fitchburg Line span in Leominster over Rte. 2WB had gone, so time is limited for anyone wish to get a photo of the remaining span.

Sometime before 0325/07-26-2021, through trusses with a curved top bow were placed over Rte. 2 WB and EB. Decking isn't in place yet for the trail project.

The trusses were still to the side of Route 2 when I passed on 7/4, so they must have been installed in the last 3 weeks.
