When I was harassed by PA police for photographing the new PA-5 in Newark, from the NJ Transit side of the turnstiles, I wrote to PATH asking whether any law, statute, or ordinance authorized PATH to enforce their no photography policy. Their response was that PATH has a no photography policy and they enforce it.
