Can anyone ID this location as it doesn't appear to be the Morris Park shanty that burned burned down Sunday afternoon May 05, 2013 at Morris Park?

Let's figure out what's in the photo and the duration (start-end) of service of the motive power available?

That actually is Morris Park as it is today, the platform is Boland's landing. Quite a change from the first photo, not sure about the shanty. Lets see, from l-r, M1's, SW 1001's (Harold protects) MP15AC, DE30AC. Top photo, all I know is RS3's, gp38-2's, and C420, hope i did alright! Hope all is well with you Steve.

not related to motive power but the three quonset huts sit where ther was a building that housed huge air compressors (3 foot wide pistons) that supplied the entire jamaica interlocking plant.I knew a few of the stationary engineers that worked there around the clock. The earth would shake when those machines kicked on

The switchmen's shanty is center top just left of the "S" curve of Atlantic Ave. As the info I found indicates: Sunday afternoon May 05, 2013 Shanty burned down; this would fit the narrative. Unless someone has a post 5/05/2013 view.

Northpit: The quonset huts seen in the above photo are at location #6 (steam plant building)

Alchemist: A real nice "catch" that sent me on this track: I "believe" the unit number is #446 as enlargement at home shows the pixels to be alike "44x". As you indicated S2 (class AS-10): LIRR #439-448, 451-460 Model: S2 Class: AS-10, Builder: Alco GE, HP: 1000, Trucks: B-B Effort: 57,500 Weight: 233,000 Date: 1948-49 Blunt Trucks, Rectangular exhaust

These ex-D&H units were purchased in 1963-64. These units have round marker lights; "crab eyes". Here's an example:
