CSX Mountain Sub slow orders\restrictions

Over the last couple days have noticed slower then normal activity. Trains appear to be on slow orders (walking speed) in the
Oakland MD area (MP BA233.8 to BA223.4) and on scanner sounds like trains are switching tracks at Altomont (BA223.4) from track 1
to track 2 west bound then switching back to track 1 at Mountain Lake Park (MP229.8) (Old PK Tower crossover). Does anyone
know whats going on between 223.4 and 229.8 and the slow orders\restrictions in effect? Also for those interested looks like the
CPL at 230.0 and 233.8 are operational at this time for some last pictures.

#1 track is out of service at BA 219.5 account of a washout.
