When looking at the radio frequencies for CSX in MD, I see two road channels.

One is 160.230 and it is for Ex-Chessie Lines

One is for 160.800 and it is for Ex-Conrail lines.

Which subdivisions are the Ex-Chessie and which are the Ex-Conrail lines?

160.23 is the road frequency for traffic working the Metropolitan sub and Old Mainline (160.32 is the Baltimore dispatcher). Used to be that responsibility started at the east end of the Brunswick yard but with the demise of the Brunswick tower, the Baltimore dispatcher now gets the hand-off from Cumberland at Weverton. I believe that the other frequency that you mentioned covers the Washington sub.

160.230 was active on the Camden Sub.

I'm wondering if Pope's Creek is the only Ex-Conrail line.
