It's an area of GCT that would require trespassing to access. Hopefully the photos were taken by an employee.

The triplet in picture is only triplet with LED sign.

If Conductors are in charge, why are they promoted to be Engineer???

What's that all about? Were they planning on putting LED signs on other equipment?
