MTA projects endangered by money crunch

Here's a link to a NY Times article about the MTA's finances. Not only are they going to have to raise fares in 2005 and 2006, they may not have money for may promised projects, including East Side Access and the 2nd Ave Subway, and we can expect service cuts. Here's the link:
