One of the big changes seems to be that all four tracks in the eight mile section between Bridgeport and southport will be in service for the first time in 4 years.

If you schedule them slow enough, any train can be "on time", which for M-N, means within 5:59 of the advertised.

Lee it is not only Metro North, the 5 minute and 59 seconds is US standard set by APTA.
the new schedules do not claim just on time, but faster than current schedule.
