MNCR 4000/4001 back from gone (or M7's part two)

The PMMO picked up M-7a's 4000/4001 at New Rochelle after they spend a few months atMorris Park shop. MNCR now has about 105 M7's in Service and the cars up to 4019 are on property.
still 4 cars are missing after the Saratoga derailment but they will be here soon after the trucks are changed out.

4000-01 have been at the Bombardier commissioning site at Hillside, not Morris Park. As of Monday (10/11) the exact in service count was 88. Many holes in the shipping sequence, in addition to the 4 that went on the ground in Saratoga.

Glad to see 4000/4001 returned to their rightful owner.
Dutch, you guys better check them over and make sure HMC didn't empty out the electrical component lockers for spares for the LIRR!!
Or maybe swapped out dud components for good ones.
