Dose metro north mix these cars into one train like the lirr

Sometimes but a train like that handles rough due to different rates.
They buck and slip during stops and kick while accelerating. we however have one yard master who keeps putting them together.

can the M-1's m-3's M-2's M-4's And the M-6's can they all be used in one train

No the New haven equpment has different braking system controls. it can not be electricaly coupled to Harlem/hudson equipment.
