I have a 15" Cresent wrench stamped "LOWRY", and was told it might be a railway.
I have tried to find info, but can't.
Any idea if "LOWRY" is a railway, and if so, location?

Do you have any more details? Where did you find it? What does it look like? Do you have a link to a picture of it?
