If a big chunk of cma traffic leaves Halifax for Saint John, there will have to be more train pairs and more long passing sidings on both nbsr and cp

2d berth will be needed asap As well

No, CMA won’t likely leave Halifax. It’s the only port taking the ULVCs right now, and CMA has sent a few 15,000TEU boats already. This is existing SJ traffic that CP will get on the Caegma service. Ultimately I predict the joint Maersk/Cma Transatlantic service calling Montreal will move to SJ or they’ll create a new service all together

OK, when I Google UVLC, I find the abbreviation means "unclamping of the left ventricular cannula" !?!

I'm guessing UVLC is some sort of container like Ultra Very Large Container?

ULVC means "Ultra-Large Container Vessel" though why it's not "ULCV" instead I do not know.

It is indeed Ultra Large Container Vessel (ULCV) or sometimes called a ULCS (S being Ship instead of Vessel)

It's nice to see all this Hapag-Lloyd traffic. Does anyone have any idea if another shipping line will be coming to Saint John?

Glasgow express docked now so the high number of loaded wells west bound should continue

70 wells/141 containers on 223-06.

How do 141 containers fit in 70 wells? Is one of the wells triple stacked? :-D

Two one TEUs on the bottom, they've been on both trains here and there.
