How's My Driving?

I was just on railpictures.net and found this picture of a skytop lounge on an excursion in 2013. As you can see, there are the words "How's My Driving" on the side of the railcar. Does anyone have any information about its excursion and why this railcar had this sticker? Did anyone call them to rate their driving?

Iḿ not sure what to google though. I tried a few different searches regarding the Skytop Lounge, the year the photo was taken (2013 according to railpictures.net) and even ¨Howś My Driving¨.

It was the Station to Station Nomadic Event train. A German artist stuck that on the side of the train to drum up sales for his print shop. Interesting story and I'll have to sneak it into my novels.

That should "PO" the Friends of MILW 261 group,an unwanted decal to remove.

They agreed to it and got paid for it.
