Equipment down at College Park, Maryland

Anyone know about the MetroNorth car that has been sitting just North of College park Maryland this weekend. On Friday Night it was sitting by itself. Saturday night it was attached to some freight. What is this car used for?

Shoreliner(bombardier) or MU car , red or blue ?
Pantograph or third rail ?

Frontier Industries (the scrapping contractor) is near College Park, MD, in Burtonsville (within 30 miles). My guess is that these are dead M-1As or ACMU cars near their final fate at the Burtonsville scrap yard, or other dead cars involved in accidents.

Frontier Industries is in Ohio. The car in maryland may be an SPV belonging to W springfield safety train in Mass.
