I don't know who else was on the Fitchburg line this week, but it was a total mess. The 7:50 into Lincoln was late
4 out of 5 days, by about 20 minutes each day, and today was the worst of all. Got there 12 minutes early, went
out and saw the 6:55 coming in at 7:40! Ran for it, and missed it. Then, the sign said the next train would be
more than 30 minutes (should have been there at 7:50), so went out to take my daughter to the playground,
heard a train coming, found it was the Fitchburg express from 7:20, stopping at 7:50! Made a mad dash, carrying
my daughter, and got on. Apparently, a train died earlier, and they hadn't made provision to send out a rescue
train. Hey, folks, this doesn't bode well. These Keolis guys had better get their act together, or people will be
finding other ways to get to work.
