Approaching Farmingdale just before noon

It’s a blue sign that says LAKEWOOD right next to the route 88 train crossing.

North through Farmingdale 12:07 PM. I think they’re gonna go pick up at Bel Ray.

Weird that they will drop off on days they aren't going to Lakewood, but will pick up on days that they are.

I know. They should just do north of farmingdale on Tuesday and Friday

Back in Farmingdale, just before 1pm

Finishing up in Jamesburg just as the SA31 is about to go through.

The idea is to be flexible, and do what needs to be done on any given day. There's a general setup of what gets done on what days..., but that can vary depending on needs. Its called customer service..

What: Form D Control System. The Southern had DCS Stations at Bank Int, Roosevelt, Farmingdale, Lakewood, Glidden, and Lakehurst.

Yeah schedule going to be a bit more loose now that they are only really beholden to Customer + Interchange as opposed to Customer + Interchange + Transit Schedules

Per Facebook, 1888 and 752 are working their way towards Farmingdale with 3 cars for Woodhaven, 2 center beams and 1 boxcar

The train has stopped just south of the Route 88 crossing…

Two C&D guys came to look at the switch at Route 88 and they didn’t look happy at what they saw…

I can see why they were looking at this switch. It’s in bad shape…
