CSX line to Newport News

What is the name of the subdivision of CSX that runs down to Newport News, and what is the name of the division it's a part of?

It looks like it's part of the Florence division and is the peninsula subdivision.

The Peninsula Subdivision is on the Huntington Division.

In general in the Richmond area.

Former C&O lines are a part of the Huntington Division
Former SCL lines are a part of the Florence Division, this includes the former RF&P Acca Yard to and including Greendale.
Former RF&P North of Greendale is part of the Baltimore Division.

Former C&O North Mountain Sub from Fulton Yard to Clifton Forge has been leased to and operated by the Buckingham Branch Railroad.
