CRRC Hegewisch plant?

What's the status of this place? Isn't the CTA order finished and CRRC is having a hard time finding more orders? Just curious what is going on here if anything.

I suspect it's going the same as the Talgo plant in Milwaukee and the Nippon-Sharyo plant in Rochelle.... sitting empty until someone else contracts it out on a temporary basis.
