the construction is block half the hallway under the arch leading to the Lexington avenue passage Zaros there was towards the 18/19gate.

Walked past there last night. Zaro's isn't involved-- it's still there. The temporary wall is between Zaros and the Track 22-23 gate, under the arch.

this morning the blockage was on the staircase side, leaving the track gates free. It appears they are patching the ceiling, if one looks at the fresh paint uo there

May or may not be irrelevant, but a reliable source said there were a whole bunch of work engines in the vicinity of 21 whilst departing this morning around 1am.
