Conductor training question

Good morning.
I'm starting my hiring process and was told after 6 months I'd start training on RCO. Do all Selkirk conductors do RCO ?

In general, yes, they try to train the new hires on RCO at some point in the training period.

They'd send you for RCO training between 6-24 months.
