Looks like one of the RTA cars purchased in the late 70s or early 80s.

I want a refund on the last 30 seconds of my life... (moves along, shakes head)

Sorry skip. I stand corrected, however I'll point out that the artistic intent of the photo was the essential element of the post and not the heritage of the owner.

(never ask a lawyer for a refund...)
